Shipping

We want you to know that we do not make any profit from shipping prices. All shipping fees paid by you go directly to cover part of the cost given to us from Canada Post. We will do everything we can on our end to get your order to you ASAP!

Do you ship to my country?

Most likely yes. We ship to Canada, the United States, and most other international countries. Proceed to checkout to confirm we ship to your country. 

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes. We offer FREE local delivery if you live within the Ottawa-Gatineau area. Proceed to checkout to see if you live within this delivery radius. We will deliver within 1-2 days of your order. 

We also offer FREE pickup from our warehouse. Pickup is available within 24 hours or less. Address details will be shared during the checkout process.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

For orders over $100 we offer FREE SHIPPING! For orders under $100 we offer $4.99 flat rate shipping within Canada and $7.99 flat rate shipping in the United States.

For international orders, we offer real time shipping rates based on your address through Canada Post. Please proceed to checkout and enter your information to calculate your shipping cost.

When will my order ship?

Your order will be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email from us confirming your order has been shipped with a tracking number. 

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order is shipped. Please allow a few days for processing your order. 

Will I have to pay any duties?

Not for orders within Canada. Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to international taxes and duties, which are at the expense of the customer and are charged to you by the shipping carrier. 

When will my order arrive?

Shipping to Canada: 2-8 business days

Shipping to United States: 4-8 business days

International: 5-22 business days

Shipping times are estimates pulled from our shipping partners and are dependent on their schedule. Due to COVID-19, you may experience unexpected supply chain delays.

Can I place a large order?

Yes! For orders of 11 blankets or more, please contact us directly at info@kanytravel.com and we will be happy to arrange a custom order for you.


 

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery of your travel blanket to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your travel blanket must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@kanytravel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to finalize the return. Please note, return shipping will be charged to you, the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
